One in Denver all the way back in 2003. They had expanded to Colorado Springs by 2005. To be fair, the CS location had backed off the X-TREME motif just a tad, vs. the one I visited in Denver. I was introduced to Wahoo's down in the OC where some relatives live. (Yeah, no snarky remarks about THAT.) It feels a bit more legit there after eating at the lesser of the franchise-lookin' ones. But once I heard of them in Colorado (where one of the founding brothers lives now) and saw them on the Peninsula, I knew they were seeking chain waters. I think I'm a sucker for the reminders of volleyball... :-p LOL you got that right, Baker Mike!
