		<description>Yep, Colorado is where I first experienced them. One in Denver all the way back in 2003. They had expanded to Colorado Springs by 2005. To be fair, the CS location had backed off the X-TREME motif just a tad, vs. the one I visited in Denver.</description>

I was introduced to Wahoo&#039;s down in the OC where some relatives live. (Yeah, no snarky remarks about THAT.) It feels a bit more legit there after eating at the lesser of the franchise-lookin&#039; ones. But once I heard of them in Colorado (where one of the founding brothers lives now) and saw them on the Peninsula, I knew they were seeking chain waters. I think I&#039;m a sucker for the reminders of volleyball... :-p</description>
