Mint Brownies and a Baking Blog
While attending Word Camp last weekend, I met up with a few other bloggers. One seemed to have an interest in food, too, and lo and behold my amazement when I went to Infinite Flour and saw some wonderful photos of cookies and cakes, yum!
I especially like Baker Mike’s photo of his Mint Brownies that he reverse-engineered from some candy stripers. I’m going to have to borrow that recipe for St. Patrick’s Day!

“Candy stripers”… heh, had to look that one up. Thanks for the mention. I actually found this recipe in a Hershey’s cookbook, greatly reducing the reverse engineering effort.
