For those of you looking for the best value on your happy hour drinks, check out Home’s happy hour, any day of the week, from 5pm – 7pm. All drinks purchased at the bar are 2 for 1, they use top shelf booze, they’re not cheap on the pourings, and the bartenders know how to make the drinks, folks!
This means that you can get two Grey Goose & Tonics for less than $10. Not bad, eh?
The only caveats…
- You must purchase the drink at the bar. So if your feet are killing you and the bar seats are all filled up, you still gotta order from the bar and then sit down at a table, if you want the bargain.
- When we went there on a chilly Friday evening, it was kinda dead. Well, there were couples and families in there but it was not your happenin’ yuppie social scene. Don’t cave in to peer pressure – you’re on a mission for a bargain on good drinks.
- The food is not grub-worthy, though they do have a fixed price menu for about $20. That isn’t really a bargain to Grubgirl, so just realize that if you’re hungry, you’ll be paying for the small plates.
So if you’re just looking for a place to catch up with old friends, it’s definitely worth checking out.
