How to Slice a Mango

My buddy Dave gave me his stash of fresh fruit and vegetables before heading home for the holidays. I had been avoiding cutting the mango for a few days, but in trying to eat healthier, decided to cut it up. But how does one cut a mango, I wondered. What’s more amusing is reading the comments – each country seems to have its own way of doing it. I wonder if there’s some food scientist out there trying to creating a seedless mango??

How do you cut up mangoes? Or do you go for the easier method and just buy the frozen mango cube chunks from Trader Joe’s?
